As a Security Officer – Shift Supervisor , your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Schedule: Full Time - Required to have open availability and work various shifts. Position includes serving as the Weekend Supervisor on Saturday and Sunday, with Security Officer duties assigned for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities for Security Officer – Shift Supervisor :

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualificatio ns for Security Officer - Shift Supervisor:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid Driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience is required
• Minimum 6 months of security experience is required. Military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued.
• You have a CLEET license or the ability to obtain one
