RN Clinical Supervisor – Cardiac Surgical Step Down

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Direct Hire | Weekend Premium Pay | Days

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor for a Cardiac Surgical Step Down unit. This is a direct hire opportunity for an RN with strong cardiac step down experience who is ready to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3x12-hour shifts
• Weekend premium schedule:
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Compensation

• Pay starts at $40.12/hour
• Weekend premium pay
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN license or compact multistate RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step Down experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• Coordinate staffing needs for current and upcoming shifts
• Assist with patient placement, transfers, and bed availability
• Serve as a clinical resource for patient care and problem resolution
• Communicate with patients, families, staff, leadership, and ancillary departments
• Monitor standards of care and support quality improvement initiatives
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate nursing personnel
• Support education, training, and policy/procedure development
• Use sound clinical judgment in response to changing patient and unit needs
