As a full-time Surgery RN, your schedule will be 6:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with a rotating day off, i.e. Wednesday off this week, Thursday off the next week, and then Friday and Monday off together, making that a 4-day weekend every 4 weeks. There is minimal call required. Surgery is always closed on holidays and weekends, but there will always be someone on call. This position comes with our full benefits package and is eligible for our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses!

The registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.

What’s required of you? Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license. Current BLS. Completion of ACLS/PALS Certification within 60 days of hire. ACLS/PALS classes are offered at OSH after hire date.
Do I need experience?  One year of previous circulating RN experience preferred.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific.
