Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Critical Care Float Pool team in Tulsa, OK. This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple critical care settings, delivering high-quality care to diverse, high-acuity patient populations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33.15–$48.00/hour (based on experience)
• Critical Care Differential: $6.00/hour
• Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hour
• Additional Shift Differential: $0.25/hour
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Schedule

• Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Oklahoma RN or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
