Work Environment This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will interact with clients through video calls, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need without the barriers of traditional in-office visits. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Deliver high-quality individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling while employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate support. Maintain confidential client documentation including treatment progress, assessment findings, and treatment adjustments while adhering to ethical and legal standards. Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and local community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs. Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay ahead of best practices in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, adults grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, as well as couples and families seeking to improve their interpersonal dynamics. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client is essential for fostering a healing environment. Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field. Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to create practical and effective treatment plans. Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly within remote counseling or telehealth services. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
