Position Overview As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth within a structured and nurturing classroom environment. You will work collaboratively with families, staff, and leadership teams to create meaningful learning experiences while maintaining compliance with EEC standards and center policies. Full-time schedules available based on center needs: Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and engaging classroom activities Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment Support children’s social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development Supervise children during classroom instruction, meals, transitions, and outdoor activities Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive social interaction Maintain professional communication with families, coworkers, and leadership staff Observe, document, and report on children’s developmental progress Ensure compliance with EEC regulations, licensing standards, and center policies Foster a positive and nurturing classroom culture that supports each child’s individual needs Why Join Arbor Associates?
