Customer Acquisition & Marketing Specialist

Location: Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Customer Acquisition & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team representing a Spectrum national partner .

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing their communication and marketing skills. You’ll work directly with customers in retail environments while supporting customer acquisition and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in retail locations
• Educate customers on products and services
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Represent our client professionally during marketing campaigns and events
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience
• Track daily activities and performance
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
