ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in accounting, bringing a strong background in organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving into agency ownership. I'm also a proud LSU graduate. Our agency offers paid time off and paid holidays, and as a brand-new office, we're excited to provide team members with the opportunity to grow right alongside the agency. Our culture is laid-back, supportive, and focused on building something great together. With plenty of room for growth and advancement, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to get in early, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful impact as our team continues to expand.ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Katie Green - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:
