Sales Professional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.

Essential Functions

• Acquire, develop and expand customer revenue
• High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers' needs to strategic goals of the company.
• Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer's business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
• Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related company business experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

• Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Logistics (Parcel/Package) Sales experience. Freight Forwarding Sales experience.

In California, the compensation listed reflects the range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position upon hire.

Pay

$6,412.50/monthly - $9,025.00/monthly

Additional Details

This is a customer-facing role that requires regular in person meetings. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of Louisville, KY or surrounding cities within the territory.
