Job Description Job Description Job Summary Account Managers assume responsibility for multiple sales accounts and perform duties such as managing campaigns, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and taking part in client meetings. Account Managers are responsible for selling Metron’s hardware, services, and software to new and existing and existing customers. Join us in our mission to save billions of gallons of water through ingenuity and dedication. Key Responsibilities Maximize growth by expanding sales of solutions and services in your territory. Grow sales volume within the territory by developing leads, building relationships, and successfully ushering clients through the buying process using marketing data to identify and respond to incoming requests for quotation, guide cold calling efforts, and representing our Company at events in your territory and beyond. Collaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation and management. Maintain an effective sales pipeline using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Be alert to competitive products and practices, keeping management informed of market conditions and trends. Prepare and assist with sales reports, including bids, proposals, quotes and sales forecasts. Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing or related degree (or 4 years equivalent experience) 3-5 years in sales or customer service Demonstrated experience handling escalations and complex customer-impacting issues. Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently Proficiency with ticketing and CRM systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce Additional Information Location: Louisville, CO or Remote, United States. Regional travel, as needed.
