Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room Travel assignment specializing in Neuro/ENT surgeries in a Level III Trauma Center in Milwaukee, WI. This role is suitable for highly skilled nurses with a strong background in Neuro/ENT, providing an excellent opportunity in a Magnet Designated facility.

Key responsibilities of the RN OR Operating Room include:

• Perform Neuro/ENT spine and cranial surgeries, including laminectomies, fusions, and shunts.
• Conduct ENT surgeries such as neck dissections, sinus surgery, and tonsillectomies.
• Assist in orthopedic procedures like fractures and joint surgeries.
• Support general surgeries including oncology and gynecology.
• Ensure precise navigation with systems like Medtronic and Stryker.
• Work within the EPIC charting system and utilize Alaris and Pyxis equipment.

Requirements of the RN OR Operating Room include:

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro/ENT surgeries
• Experience in scrubbing recommended
