Federal Litigation Attorney

De Novo, a boutique staffing and recruitment agency is currently seeking a Florida attorney with 5+ years of Federal litigation experience to serve as of counsel. Attorney will handle a breach of contract case in Federal Court for a firm. The position is contract, remote and part time, about 30 hours per month. Qualifications Must have 5+ years of Federal litigation experience Must be barred in Florida with a license in good standing, preferably residing in the South Florida area Must be willing to be attorney of record taking on all aspects of the case including attending any necessary hearings and responsible for all case deadlines Must be available to communicate with the client Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per month; #J-18808-Ljbffr
