Reach out to us today if this opportunity sounds ideal for you.Compensation:$180,000 - $250,000Responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable lawsRepresent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsDraft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responsesCounsel associates to resolve or prevent conflictsPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsStrategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitrationQualifications:Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionFour-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law schoolExcellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsPrior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationAt least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorneyActive member in good standing with local and state bar associationsSeven years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industryAbout CompanyOther firms talk about work-life balance, but we live it.
