Starting Pay: $15–$17/hour
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Inspired Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.
As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, developing life skills, strengthening social connections, and actively participating in their communities. You will help individuals achieve their personal goals while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, including budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene, and household activities.
- Support individuals with community activities, appointments, social activities, and recreational opportunities.
- Assist with skill development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Provide job coaching and support individuals in developing greater independence.
- Advocate for individuals and support their choices, rights, and personal goals.
- Provide communication and behavioral support as needed.
- Complete required documentation and T-Logs accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and state requirements.
- Follow all safety, health, and company policies.

General Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred/required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid auto insurance.
- Dependable, responsible, and compassionate.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
- Must be able to complete required training and documentation.
- Employment is subject to required background screening and any applicable state or regulatory requirements.
