Physician - Lead Medical Team in Homeless Care
Circle the City
Circle the City is seeking a Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to provide direct care for patients in a homeless-focused setting at the Phoenix location. You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team and oversee clinical rotations for medical students and residents. You will collaborate with behavioral health for integrated care, ensure proper documentation in the EHR, and contribute to policy development and infection control efforts.
