This role blends high-level patient care with leadership responsibility and strategic growth. Core responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care Driving clinic growth through referral development and community engagement Mentoring and developing staff clinicians Establishing operational consistency and accountability Building specialty programs aligned with community demand Owning clinic-level performance metrics This is not a maintenance role.
