Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in Belle Fourche, SD where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Dakota Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to provide 40 hours per week as a standard work expectation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric patient populations and post-acute care workflows.
• Prior travel therapy assignments or experience adapting to multiple clinical environments.

Assignment Details

• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
