Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active South Dakota PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing therapy for geriatric populations, transfers, gait training, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow plan of care.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (Long Term Care).
• Shift Days: Days.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment.
