Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients requiring long-term care rehabilitation.
- Carry out delegated therapeutic activities, modalities, and exercise programs with accuracy and safety.
- Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.
- Maintain patient safety and proper body mechanics during treatment, transfers, and mobility training.
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support interdisciplinary care and timely discharge planning.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and participate in a 13-week travel assignment.
- Willingness to work a daytime shift.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable documentation practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to a busy skilled nursing environment and varying patient needs.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship (per program requirements).
