Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team. The Role This is a full-time, in-office position. You will work directly with attorneys on family law matters as a core member of the case team, managing workflow, anticipating needs, and helping move cases forward with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for a confident, organized professional who excels in a fast-paced legal environment. Core Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and file pleadings with local courts Manage case files from intake through resolution Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties Track discovery deadlines and manage document collection and production Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials Arrange and monitor service of process Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling logistics Oversee correspondence and file management systems Qualifications 5+ years of family law paralegal experience Experience with pleadings, filings, and court procedures Prior experience in a fast-paced law firm environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound independent judgment and high ethical standards Ability to anticipate attorney needs and work proactively Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure Understanding of the sensitive nature of family law matters and the discretion required #J-18808-Ljbffr
