Ocean Imports Customer Service Specialist, Global Logistics

Laufer Group International is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Ocean Imports to join our Ocean Import Operations team. You will coordinate international ocean shipments from arrival through final delivery while delivering exceptional service to customers. You will work with customers, customs brokers, ocean carriers, trucking companies, terminals, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of freight, accurate documentation, and timely updates throughout the import process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Laufer Group International
