Job Description

Join a growing agricultural manufacturing company as a Mill Manager north of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, employee development, production performance, safety, quality, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 employees
• Manage daily production operations and facility performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and company policies
• Promote a strong safety-first culture
• Support equipment reliability and maintenance activities
• Monitor quality standards and operational efficiency
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and performance
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve production goals

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in feed, grain, milling, agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries required
• Experience in production, operations, or facility management
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements
• Experience managing safety, quality, production, and maintenance functions
• Ability to lead from the floor and support daily operations

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary
