Assistant Manager in Training Lead & Grow (Onsite)

Buckle’s Village at Meridian store in Meridian, Idaho is hiring an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. This full-time, on-site role supports the Store Manager, leads sales, merchandising and operations, and helps recruit and develop teammates.

The position includes leadership responsibilities, training duties and a path from AIT to Assistant Manager, with a focus on delivering legendary guest service and achieving sales goals.
