Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment. Essential Job Functions Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner; Receive and prepare beverage orders from food servers, cocktail servers; Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as “comped” beverages; Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes; Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays and wiping bar top; Maintain and replenish ice supply; Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank; Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person; never a beer and a shot; Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay current on care training; Other reasonable duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Preferred: High School or better. Licenses & Certifications Preferred: CARE.
