Customer Services Officer Paramus (US) Supply Chain & Logistics 16-31 FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy USA, known for its diverse and exciting range of Internationally Acclaimed Cheese Brands, has an opening for a Customer Service Officer (CSO). The CSO plays a pivotal role in executing our Customer‑centric service approach by delivering a "Worry‑Free" experience to our customers. Responsible for entry of sales orders, coordinating/scheduling shipments and delivery, accurate invoicing, and ensuring the customer receives timely and accurate communication. This is a part‑time 20 hours per week and temporary role from August3, 2026 to end of April2027 or potentially longer. What you will do: Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Enter sales orders, create delivery orders, arrange freight to customers and process invoices Retrieve orders and submit invoices using third‑party EDI providers Solve warehouse and trucking issues when necessary Assist warehouse manager with inventory queries Act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing Teams Report to Customer Service Team Lead What we ask: Strong organizational skills Self‑sufficient, independent and a team player Motivated and open to learning new things Must be able to multi‑task and adapt to different working environments Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP 5+ years of experience in a similar role #J-18808-Ljbffr
