Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.60 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor access materials, and direct guests in accordance with location policies for a financial services environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and elevate concerns through established communication channels. Answer phones, manage sign‑in records, and support access control processes while documenting security‑related events and unusual activity. Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible front desk presence, observing incoming and outgoing traffic, and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
