Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions that allow for a holistic approach to family mental health issues.

• Addressing a variety of family-related psychological concerns, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members
\n
• Job stress and its effects on family dynamics
\n
• Challenges related to blended families and remarriages
\n
• Adjustment issues stemming from separation and divorce
\n
• Communication barriers among family members
\n
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and family counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Everyone's Counseling Center, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults. You will have the opportunity to work with families facing a variety of challenges, empowering them to navigate complex situations and achieve healthier dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license from the state of New York.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
