Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and experienced candidates for a Technician position with an established Industrial Filtration Company located in Hopkinsville, KY. Candidates must have previous experience with a scissor lift. This position will pay $16.00 per hour, and the hours are Sundays from 6:00AM - 12:00PM.


Responsibilities

• Clean an industrial paint booth
• Replace minor parts as needed
• Clean spark coolers and clean off platforms
• Utilize hand tools, drills and scissor lift
• Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Complies with all IP's Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Has valid Driver's License
• Has OSHA Scissor Lift License
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work 1 weekend a month
• Able to travel to Chicago or Indianapolis for 1-2 days- will receive $40 per diem per day
• Has previous experience operating a scissor lift
• Capable of repetitive physical movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching
• Able to handle heights of up to 30-40 feet at times
• Able to visually inspect parts
• Capable of working in various environments including very hot, dusty and smoky environments
• Capable of following all safety protocols including wearing PPE such as but not limited to Steel toed boots. HVAC suits will be provided by the company.
