Description
TRG Management, a premier property management company experienced with all types of housing, including subsidized, workforce and affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones/greet visitors
- Notify residents of upcoming events
- Keep record of all event flyers and/or important information
- Make copies when needed
- Assist property manager and compliance manager when needed
- Ensure smooth communication with residents and timely resolution of needs or concern
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Create monthly calendar of events
