Senior Manager, Brand & Specialty Rx Contracts

Cencora seeks a Senior Manager to oversee pharmaceutical distribution agreements and specialty Rx contracts. The role involves negotiating terms with manufacturers, coordinating across internal business units, and managing the complete contracting lifecycle for branded pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end distribution agreement negotiations and redlining for manufacturer accounts
- Coordinate negotiation strategy alignment between internal business units and manufacturers
- Ensure Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functional stakeholders' interests are documented in agreements
- Maintain contract library and serve as liaison for Branded Rx Sourcing teams and legal
- Monitor contract compliance, track updates in Salesforce and CRM tools, and report pending negotiations to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3–4 years of direct contract negotiation experience
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing complex, matrixed stakeholder environments
- Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting or distribution sourcing experience preferred
Compensation: $119,100–$186,560 base
