Distribution Data Enablement Lead

I'm working with a leading global investment firm looking to hire a Principal-level Data Enablement Lead to sit at the intersection of distribution strategy, fund performance, and advanced analytics . This is a highly visible, hands‑on role focused on building out a next-generation analytics capability to support fundraising, investor insights, and commercial performance across asset classes. What you'll be doing: Partner directly with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Product, and Investment teams Build Python-based models, tools, and automation to drive decision‑making Develop scenario analysis on fund performance, deal inclusion/exclusion, and portfolio construction Deliver deep LP/investor analytics (performance, exposure, relationship economics) Analyze client profitability and fundraising trends across the platform Help transition the function from manual reporting to scalable, data‑driven insights What we're looking for: 10+ years in investment analytics, performance analytics, or similar within asset management / alternatives Strong understanding of private markets metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, etc.) Hands‑on coding experience in Python + SQL Experience building models, analytics tools, or scalable data solutions Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders Desired Skills and Experience Distribution Analytics Fund Performance LP Analytics Investor Reporting IRR MOIC TVPI Python SQL Snowflake Databricks Scenario Modeling Deal Analysis Portfolio Analytics Capital Activity Client Profitability Revenue Attribution Tableau Power BI Data Automation Scalable Analytics Feel free to reach out directly if this sounds relevant, or if you'd like to learn more.
