Start your new career as a Mixing Operator with MAU in Conyers, GA. As a Mixing Operator, you will produce high-quality products by operating mixing, blending, and packaging equipment while ensuring accurate production records and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes.What We Offer:
- Pay of $19.75 per hour
- Third Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
- 8-hour shifts
- PPE provided

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to accurately document production and material usage
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Produce products according to batch formulations using mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
- Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, and packaging lines to meet production goals
- Accurately record material usage manually and within computer systems
- Use computer systems to track production activity and performance
- Work closely with team members to support production and cross-functional tasks
- Follow established production processes and safety procedures
- Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment
