ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017 after spending time as a middle school math teacher, bringing a strong foundation in education, patience, and problem-solving into agency ownership. I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri, a former college golf player, and have been married for 21 years with three great kids. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.


Our team includes two members, and we've built an office that values relationships, integrity, and doing the right thing every day. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our local church and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Mark McBride - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
