Salary: $82,000 - 122,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and similar tools, along with a degree or related field of study.
• We value strong proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma.
• We expect familiarity with current accessibility standards.
• We require experience using CSS and HTML to build responsive websites.
• Experience with Drupal, WordPress, or comparable content management systems is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is also an advantage.
• We want someone who is receptive to feedback and able to turn it into practical design refinements.
• We need someone who can move quickly between multiple projects and product integrations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important.

• We lead the design of core business components using established analysis and design best practices.
• We create pixel-perfect website mockups, app interfaces, AR/VR experiences, printed pieces, and promotional assets.
• We interpret client needs and align our work with organizational direction.
• We develop maintainable, responsive experiences using Adobe Creative Suite.
• We identify opportunities to improve existing templates and designs so they stay aligned with modern standards and trends.
• We translate design concepts into developer-ready handoff materials, including specifications, assets, and annotations.
