Mass Production Parts Quality Analyst - 1 for Weld suppliers and 1 for plastics suppliers Lead in-depth analysis of quality problems, including parts measurements, to take action that will minimize impact to downstream customers (Manufacturing Depts) Prepare and submit technical documents to communicate quality problems with suppliers using the NARS Honda Trouble Report system (HTR’s), and present details to initiate countermeasure action Set technical requirements for supplier part change points using the NA Change Point Control System (CPCS) and evaluate quality documents before management review Lead complex problem-solving analyses and investigations. Lead supplier Quality Assurance Visits (QAVs) to communication concerns and confirm countermeasures are implemented that eliminate non-conforming conditions Mentor new associates within group on problem solving, procedures, and Parts Quality role and responsibilities. Perform judgment, disposition, and handling functions for non-conforming part problems. Judge part quality received from suppliers Effectively solve quality problems using PDCA Approve supplier countermeasures and supplier change points before production usage

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Timmonsville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
