Job Description Industry | Industrial - HVAC Equipment and Services Location | James City County, VA Salary | $150,000 First Year Potential | $150,000 Territories | Virginia Reference | 12175 Job Summary Expanding HVAC equipment company is seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Leader to drive revenue and oversee the inside reps. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day sales operations, developing team performance, and driving new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of technical HVAC sales and leadership experience. This is an office-based position; candidates must be commutable to the Williamsburg, VA region on a daily basis. They offer a competitive base salary in the $120K – $150K range and commission for a first year potentail of $150K or more.
