This role combines operational rigor with strategic thinking, and is ideal for someone who can execute at a high level while shaping the program's next phase.What You'll DoOwn the Executive Bridge program, aligning executive engagement to customer success, growth priorities, and business outcomesIdentify, prioritize, and coordinate high-impact executive engagement opportunities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholdersServe as the central coordination point across executives and internal teams — driving alignment, accountability, and follow-throughPrepare executives for customer meetings, events, and strategic discussions; develop briefing materials and communications that enable effective engagementBuild and optimize processes using AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve visibility, efficiency, and program scaleTrack outcomes and continuously improve program effectivenessWhat You BringBachelor's degree required3+ years in strategic programs, executive operations, business operations, consulting, chief of staff, or related rolesExperience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong written communication skills — able to craft executive outreach, briefings, and stakeholder updates that drive actionProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authorityFamiliarity with go-to-market teams (Commercial, CS, Marketing, RevOps, or Partnerships)Experience leveraging AI, automation, or productivity tools to improve operationsExcellent judgment and discretion in high-visibility, high-stakes situationsSocure
