As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Sun: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain visitor records, and direct guests in accordance with site requirements. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the facility perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
