Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pelvic Floor / Women’s Health Physical or Occupational Therapist to join our growing practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about women’s health and wants to play an important role in developing and expanding a specialized pelvic health program within an established private practice.

Our goal is to provide women with a comfortable, professional environment where they can receive individualized care for pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Conditions may include:

• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Pelvic pain
• Urinary incontinence
• Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
• Postpartum recovery
• Core weakness and diastasis recti
• Return to exercise and fitness after pregnancy
• Women’s orthopedic and wellness concerns

What you’ll do:

• Perform comprehensive pelvic health evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide pelvic floor rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise
• Provide manual therapy when appropriate
• Educate patients regarding pelvic health, exercise, recovery, and wellness
• Help patients safely return to fitness and everyday activities
• Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Help develop and grow Carolina Prime’s women’s health services

What we’re looking for:

Someone who wants to help women live life to the fullest!

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current North Carolina PT license or eligibility
• Pelvic health training and/or experience preferred
• Therapists who are currently pursuing pelvic health specialization may also be considered
• Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner
• Comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns professionally and compassionately
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping grow a specialty program
