Our facility is committed to providing the highest quality of care and services assuring human dignity and quality of life for our residents, their families, and our employees.   JOB SUMMARY The Physical Therapist / PT position is to be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy. The physical therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and functional independence. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs) Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy. Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do. Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff. Provide clinical documentation Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
