Electrical Technician

Electrical TechnicianWe are hiring an experienced Electrical Technician for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working independently and has experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment.Location: Akron, Ohio Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime: Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM as neededResponsibilitiesInstall, wire, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components and equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprintsPerform electrical testing and troubleshootingIdentify and correct electrical problems efficientlyWork with control panels, motors, sensors, and other industrial electrical componentsFollow established safety procedures and electrical standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaComplete work accurately and safely with minimal supervisionQualificationsPrevious industrial electrical experience requiredAbility to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagramsExperience troubleshooting electrical systemsKnowledge of industrial equipment and electrical componentsStrong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and stay focused on assigned projectsElectrical trade school or technical training is a plusNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
