Registered Nurse Pre-Admission

Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Pre-Admission unit. In this role, you will conduct pre-admission assessments, review medical histories, reconcile medications, and coordinate necessary testing to ensure safe, well-planned procedures. You will educate patients and families about pre- and post-operative care, collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, and document assessments in the EMR.
