Summary

Performs general fabrication of aircraft interior details and sub-assemblies.
Fabricates detailed components and value-added tasks to detailed components.
Fabricates components to form assemblies.
Assists in assembly of complex structures using sub-assemblies.
Operates various fabrication machines and equipment.
Perform skilled tasks including trim and finish of panels or cabinets using aluminum trims, dec-lam, leather, and vinyl.
Interprets complex blueprints to complete assemblies.
Works under general supervision.
Wears safety equipment and practices safety guidelines including Hazardous Materials guidelines.
Requirements

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Minimum of two years relevant experience in an aerospace production environment.
Ability to read blueprints and documents to specification.
Ability to assemble multiple components per drawing.
Ability to work with hands performing tasks such as operating air tools, edge potting panels, potting inserts in panels, riveting, and general assembly using hand tools.
Skills in applying dec-lam, leather, rubber trim, and aluminum trims.
Knowledge working with aluminum and Nomex materials.
Preferred: Vocational and technical schooling.
Preferred: General knowledge of Aerospace record keeping and related quality standards.
Ability to work within an established and growing team and maintain high quality standards in a schedule driven environment.
