If you are bright, highly motivated, and a team player we encourage you to apply!Assembly Technician I Duties/Responsibilities:Drill holes in steel framesBolt on partsRun/Feed electrical wiring and hosesZip tie wiresTake accurate measurementsOther duties as assigned.Assembly Technician II Duties/Responsibilities:Drill holes in steel frames and bolt on partsRun/Feed electrical wiring and hoses.Zip tie wires and take accurate measurements.Electric & Hydraulic connection / plumbingBasic understanding of air systems & operationsBasic weldingConsole InstallationPump InstallationLarge assembly installation such as tanks and saddles etc.Touch up paint.Body electrical outfitOther duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to read service and repair manuals.Ability to read blueprints or schematics.Ability to learn and work in a team environment.Ability to read a tape measure and calculate differences in measurements.Ability to Weld in flat and vertical planes (all position welding) is preferred.Education and Experience:High School diploma or GED or Equivalent experience.Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a mechanical field with hydraulic system repairs including pump valves, cylinders, etc.Must be comfortable with electrical trouble shooting.Must have wrenching experience.Must be comfortable using power tools, pneumatic wrenches, grinder, air tools etc.Must be eager to learn, have a good work ethic, and be able to accept responsibility for work performed.Leadership skills desired.Physical Requirements:Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.Additional Job Information:Wage Expectations: $20.00 - $29.00 per hourPay: This is a non-exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basisTypical Schedule: Four (4) Ten (10) hour days M-F, Overtime may be available on your 5th day of the week and/or SaturdaysLocation: On Site – 20812 Broadway Ave; Snohomish, WA 98296Travel: Very minimal to noneBenefits:Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following the completion of 30 days of employment for:MedicalDentalVisionCompany Paid Life Insurance Policy for each full-time employee in the amount of $20,000.00.Voluntary Life Insurance for Employees, their spouse (or domestic partner), and their childrenFlexible Spending Accounts for Health-related expenses as well as Dependent Care related expensesEmployees are eligible or the following benefits as of their first day of employment:401(k) with partial company match100% vested immediately.Upon the Completion of 90 days employees are eligible for:PTO9 Paid HolidaysOSW Equipment & Repair is the largest truck body and trailer manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest and has been in business for over 20 years.
