ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a precision laser equipment manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in precision mechanical assembly and production operations looking to further their career in advanced manufacturing.
• Assemble small mechanical structures to tight tolerances using precision hand tools and measuring equipment per technical specifications
• Execute cross-trained production duties including gas fill operations, parts washing and preparation, and mechanical assembly
• Test, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical assemblies following blueprints, schematics, and written instructions
• Document quality issues and submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure compliance with company procedures
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and support team objectives

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or Associate degree in Manufacturing/equivalent technical background
• Production or mechanical assembly experience (1-3 years preferred); entry-level candidates with demonstrated work ethic welcome
• Mechanical aptitude with precision measuring equipment and hand tools; ability to lift up to 40 lbs required

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior clean room or cleanroom assembly experience
