Responsibilities

Spring Valley Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System , a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities. ER at Blue Diamond , an Extension of Spring Valley Medical Center, is a freestanding emergency department providing 24/7 emergency care to infants, children and adults. ER at Blue Diamond has achieved TJC Advanced Certifications in Acute Stroke Ready and Acute Heart Attack Ready.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from a formal school specializing in institutional cooking preferred.

Experience: Previous experience preferred.

License/Certification : Current Sothern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.

Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
