Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical ICU Duration: Full-time Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: Ventilator management, critical care experience Description: This position involves caring for critically ill patients in a fast-paced unit. Patient population includes those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, alcohol use/abuse, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Candidates must have experience in ventilator management and dips. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding environment.
