What You'll DoAs a Data Entry Specialist at Ready Contractors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and updating data into our systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Verifying the accuracy of information and correcting any discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records for easy access.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless information flow.
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running efficiently.
We’re seeking candidates who are:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry software.
- Strong communicators with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to learning and growing within the role—no prior experience is required!
