ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Operations Management and began my career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car before becoming an Account Manager with Hertz. In that role, I worked closely with claims centers, local branches, repair shops, and State Farm agents, which ultimately introduced me to the agency opportunity and led me to open an office of my own.

Being involved in our community is a huge part of who we are. My team and I serve as Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, and I'm a member of the American Business Women's Association. We also volunteer with United Way's Day of Caring & Action and proudly support Vestal youth sports, school athletics, and community events like the Summer Celebration, Movie Night at the Park, Splash Bash, and Challenger League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Alexa Langeland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
