Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, controlling, and evaluating short‑term projects with a clear beginning, end, and deliverables. The Project Manager defines the project scope in collaboration with senior management, executes the project according to the plan, and reviews the quality of work completed. The Project Manager ensures deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards. Position Qualifications Experience: 2–3 years in planning and/or management or a related field. Hospital‑setting experience is preferred. A business degree is desirable. Proficiency with word processing, simple accounting, database management, and spreadsheets is required. Duties and Responsibilities Develop forms and records to document project activities. Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders and appropriate staff on project progress. Write reports for senior management and funders. Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures. Approve all budgeted project expenditures. Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management regularly (monthly/bimonthly). Ensure all financial records for the project are up to date. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. Define the scope of the project with senior management. Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to activities. Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for funders per agreements. Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase. #J-18808-Ljbffr
